FLUX MULTIDIRECTIONAL COUNTERBALANCED TRUCKS HELP IN THE WAREHOUSE AND IN PRODUCTION
Zetprofiel Heteren is a company located near Arnhem in the Netherlands. The company manufactures profiles for various applications. Especially for prefabricated halls, company buildings but also for private homes. The profiles are manufactured according to customer requirements and then also delivered.
WHY DOES ZETPROFIEL NEED MULTIDIRECTIONAL FORKLIFTS?
The raw materials are delivered in coils. Depending on requirements, the metal is uncoiled and then processed. In the process, the individual metal plates and profiles must be stored and retrieved. The forklifts must be able to bring raw materials to the production machine and pick up finished profiles. Since space is limited and the products are also somewhat longer, only an extremely maneuverable forklift can be used for this task.
WHAT IS THE HUBTEX SOLUTION?
The Hubtex multi-directional counterbalanced forklifts FluX are perfectly suited for this task. If long loads do not have to be transported permanently and the multidirectional forklift is also often used as a typical frontloader, the FluX is the right choice.
Two FluX multi-directional counterbalanced trucks are now in use at Zetprofiel Heteren. They transport long and less long goods directly to the production machines, to the warehouse or load and unload a truck or trailer.
According to Rijk van Kooten, managing director of Zetprofiel, one of the decisive points was the high maneuverability of the FluX counterbalanced trucks. Thanks to HX steering, it could change direction at any time, without stopping, and thus move long loads in a very small space. In addition, there is the good service provided by HUBTEX Netherlands. The forklifts had to be ready for use at all times, as they played a major role not only in the warehouse, but also in production.
