Tool changer - Optimizing changeover processes

The HUBTEX tool changer with load capacities of up to 143,300 lbs helps to reduce the changing times for pressing, stamping and injection tools, so improving production efficiency in the automotive industry.
The tool changer with an integrated tool-changing system enables the customer to easily change molds even in the tightest spaces.
SFX and GW rail-mounted truck - Managing in-house transport tasks
Our platform trucks (up to 265,000 lbs) and rail mounted trucks (up to 770,000 lbs) are used for the in-house transport of heavy loads on rails.
They are particularly suitable for the transport of press tools between press, warehouse and maintenance as well as the transport of injection molds for the automotive industry. They are characterized by high maneuverability, robust design, extensive safety features and high vehicle availability. Depending on the requirements, they can be configured to suit individual customer needs.
Electric reach truck - Transport of very heavy loads in narrow aisles
The HUBTEX SQ reach truck is characterized by its compact design combined with a high load capacity of up to 13,200 lbs. Thanks to its size, the lift truck can also be used in aisles of the same width as conventional reach trucks.
Electric towing tractor
The electric towing tractor with hydraulic gooseneck is perfectly suited for transporting coils which are frequently used in the automotive industry. The vehicles are individually adapted to the customer's wishes, guaranteeing optimal dovetailing of the in-house processes.

It can be used in almost every sector. whether as a basic version, a vehicle with an assistance system or as part of a fully automated transport system. The electric multidirectional sideloader can be used for almost all application scenarios. Its multidirectional steering provides optimum maneuverability. The distance between the rack rows is minimized while the storage capacity is simultaneously increased.
